1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard one offered by us), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.

3. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content (e.g., PDF guides, templates, training plans, video content, online access), not delivered on a physical medium, if:

• performance has begun, and

• you have expressly consented that we may begin the performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and

• you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

Legal clause for full validity:
The customer expressly agrees that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun in accordance with § 356(5) BGB.
This applies especially when digital products are delivered via CopeCart, and access is granted immediately after purchase.

4. Subscriptions and Memberships
If you purchase a subscription or membership (e.g., recurring access to content or a digital community), the following applies:

• Your access may begin immediately after purchase if you agree.

• If access begins immediately, your right of withdrawal expires under the same conditions as above.

• If services are provided over time (e.g., monthly access), and you withdraw before full performance, you must pay a pro-rated amount for the service already provided (Art. 57 GDPR, § 357(8) BGB).

To avoid charges for the next billing period, cancellation must be submitted before the renewal date.
